YOUTH PROGRAMME Mater Christi Youth department actualizes our founder Archbishop Charles Heerey‘s dream of sound education for children and Youth. The department takes care of all aspects of Children and youth ministry; however, Young adults are equally ministered to, on request.] Even though the curriculum is Catholic faith- based which fosters catholic identity and beliefs, it is open to all faith. The goal is to ignite the faith and offer holistic formation to children and youth The content has the three educational domains: Cognitive, Affective, Psychomotive Generally, Mater Christi Youth department, runs annual holidays program and intermittently runs Weekend program for school functionaries A specific program for final year senior secondary school students [Life after school life] either at Mater Christi center or in schools on invitation Retreat for youths in parishes or in schools Rev Sr. Maria Echezonachukwu Dim IHM Department of Youths
